A boss could be in an area which is like quicksand, requiring Kara to keep moving, or else she gets stuck and needs to wiggle a few times to escape. The boss could be at home here, and use the quicksand to basically teleport. She (the boss) could try to pull Kara down with her. Every time Kara fends off an attack, she has a moment to free herself before the boss returns. A boss in this type of environment could have four arms that she uses to embrace, fondle and finger Kara while kissing her and pulling her down at the same time.
